Coronavirus Update

Dear Gastite Partner,
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in mainland China, FlexTek/Gastite has been continuingly monitoring the changing situation and the impact that it may have on our people and operations.
In addition to strictly following the guidance from the local governments in all our areas of operation, we have introduced a number of site-specific measures in order to minimize any risk posed to our team members, and so that we can operate safely and ensure business continuity.
We have been closely monitoring the potential impact that COVID-19 could have on our supply chain and business operations, and taking the appropriate measures, to minimize any effect this may have on the manufacturing and delivery of our solutions.
Should there be any adverse impact to delivery or service timelines this will be communicated to customers directly.
We have stopped all non-business critical travel, including visits to customers, partners and suppliers. We have also restricted the travel of employees to areas of high risk and are carefully assessing visits to our locations by customers and suppliers. There may be occasions that this could impact our customers, partners or suppliers. However, we will inform you in advance and are taking this precaution.
We deeply value our relationship with our customers and want to assure all that we are taking the necessary steps needed to protect you, our people, our operations and the services we provide you. We also understand and appreciate that you will also be taking similar precautionary measures to protect your staff and operations.
